the breakfast was good it had a decent selection
the room was not clean to a satisfactory standard the shower cubicle had black grime i also found the carpet had not been hoovered it was disappointing the hotel did not accommodate my husband with disability cutlery after we ate in the restaurant

The breakfast had a good variety of options. It was useful to have dinner available at the hotel (i didn't have to go elsewhere). My room was clean upon arrival.
The air conditioning was very loud in my room. I also heard noises from other guests early in the morning (starting around 5:30am). My room overlooked the car park, so the view was not ideal.

seamless process easy access wide selection
The check-in process was seamless and efficient, a VERY welcome start to my short break. I was pleased that my room was located on the third floor because the lift access made it easy to reach. The provided breakfast offered a wide selection of both continental and hot options, an Very nice value.
The air conditioning unit in the room was louder than I would have preferred.

The parking had plenty of spaces. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially during breakfast service. The room was clean and the rate was fair (i thought).
I noticed the key drop box at checkout was overflowing. It may require more frequent emptying.

warm welcome perfect location clean room
staff gave me a warm welcome. the location worked well, it was easy to reach the places i wanted to see. my room was clean, .
i found water pressure in the bathroom was low. the shower wasn't as strong as i hoped.
